Our flexible solutions are designed to suit clients' needs including priority uplift (at cost), field service at customers' premises and ordering parts in advance if necessary to minimise downtime.
Mobilecare is owned by Toshiba so we can escalate any repair and authorise product replacement when needed. Some branches may even offer 'on the spot' repair.
